We can't list every project we've ever worked on, but what we can do is offer you an insight into recent work we've carried out (with our client's permission):
We've worked on a wide array of houses - in every size and style, from modest terracing to luxury detached properties. No matter how minimal or extensive you believe your project to be, Expert Extensions have the know how to turn dreams to reality.
Luxury Kitchen - The Old Vicarage - Littleborough
Having already enjoyed our work on a brand new extension, the owners of this property invited us back to complete a brand new luxury kitchen.
In addition to the installation of the luxury kitchen, we provided structural changes to an existing chimney breast, new flooring, new ceiling, lighting, decor, and TV installation.
We're sure you'll agree - it's a wonderful kitchen.
Kitchen and Dining Room Extension - Failsworth
Our client required an open plan kitchen diner by combining two rooms.
As well as combining the two rooms, we fitted brand new flooring, internal bi-fold doors, a luxury kitchen with Corian worktops, electrical sockets, and complete decoration of the extension.
Full Length Kitchen and Dining Room Conversion - Radcliffe
Our client was looking a way to increase space, modernise their kitchen, and incorporate a dining area.
By converting three smaller rooms into one extensive kitchen diner, we created a wonderfully open / spacious area that a family would want to spend time in.
We worked in close conjunction with a local interior designer to provide a striking new feel to a once dull kitchen area.
Full Length Extension - The Old Vicarage - Littleborough
Our client's brief was to create a spacious and bright extension that brought a beautiful garden into the home.
We also had to provide a relatively seamless integration with the existing property - matching the brickwork as closely as possible.
A panoramic set of folding patio doors afforded the ability to open up the extension directly into the garden during the summer, but offer fantastic insulation during the colder months.
Underfloor heating added a touch of additional warmth, making the entire extension a warm and welcoming environment.
Kitchen Extension and Downstairs Washroom - Davyhulme
Our client's brief was to create a spacious and bright kitchen diner extension, without losing valuable storage space.
With the creative use of a windowed wall that also offered wall mounted kitchen units, we were able to give our client the light they needed, without losing space.
Our client also requested a small washroom in a very confined space.
We were able to make the most of the limited space with the creative selection of appliances, and choosing tiling that helps to reduce the illusion of confined space.
House Renovation and Conservatory - Chadderton
This project consisted of a major renovation throughout the house - including a completely new bathroom, kitchen and conservatory
The bathroom was extended slightly to offer more room than previously, but had to remain as compact as possible. Given the limited workspace, we created bathroom that doesn't feel cramped and combines a bath and shower as per our client's request.
The kitchen was dated and cramped, and needed to maximise the available area, offering lots of work surface and clean, bright looks without resorting to an open plan design.
The conservatory spans the full width of the house, and offer a spacious contempory dining area overlooking a patterned concrete patio area.
Kitchen / Diner Extension - Whitworth
This project involved the creation of a 168 sq ft rear extensiom to a semi-detached property.
The extension afforded a huge increase in light and space, and allowed for a kitchen and dining room to be combined, whilst each maintaining their own distinct space.
The entire build, including kitchen was supplied and fitted by us, along with all windows, doors and flooring, creating precisely the look and feel our client had longed for.
Dual Bathroom Suits - Chadderton
This project called for two total bathroom refits - plumbing, plastering, electrics, bathroom suites and tiling.
Major Internal and External Redesign and Extension - Cheadle
Our client was undertaking significant building work on a large detached property. Internal design changes, and comprehensive exterior extension was undertaken.
Roof Canopy - Flixton
As a means of improving both the visual appeal, and weather protection of their home, our clients in Flixton required a front facing roof canopy across the entire front elevation.
Driveway and Perimeter Wall - Trafford
As a great way of providing safe vehicle parking at their home - our clients requested a a durable and attractive driveway capable of accomodating their vehicles, whilst also offering a perimeter wall.
Conservatory - Chadderton
This project extended an existing home to include a conservatory spanning the fill width of the property - offering considerable light, and creating a truly spacious and weatherproof capacity to the property.
Our commercial projects have ranged from home office renovations and conversations, through to sub-contract work on multi-million pound large scale commercial projects.
Bank Chambers Bacaro - Newhey
The Bank Chambers Bacaro provides a wonderful boutique bar atmosphere perfect for pizza or cocktails.
Our work here consisted of a complete renovation and transformation of a former bank into a modern bar with a light feel. With limited floor space we were able to create a spacious client area, an ample working bar and pizzeria area and provide disabled toilet facilities too.
As well as carrying out all structural work, we provided interior design and decor along with fully programmable lighting panels in the bar area - allowing for a range of ambiant mood lighting.
LincoCare - Carrington
LincoCare requires a significant layout change in their headquarter's reception area. We helped to transform their date and uninviting reception area into a bright and welcoming one, adding significant extra light and space.
Pub to Office Conversion - Heywood
Our client needed to transform the former Hare and Hounds pub in Heywood into office space, whilst affording much more natural daylight into the building.
We transformed the office space and available light with the addition of a new roof, incorporating an orangery for additional light.
