A two storey side, single storey rear and porch extension transformed this 3 bed semi detached property into a spacious, modern 4 bed room luxury home with open plan kitchen/ diner, separate utility and downstairs cloakroom.
We then installed composite decking to the rear garden, with patterned concrete driveway to the front and side.
The kitchen featured a large seated quartz island, and bi-fold doors created an attractive indoor-outdoor feature. High gloss porcelain tiles were laid throughout the hallway and kitchen/ dining area.
The lounge renovation comprised of Karndean flooring and a feature tiled chimney breast. New internal door frames and doors were also fitted throughout the property.
