We started with a separate kitchen and diner with single back door and one kitchen window. We opened the room up to create a single open plan kitchen-diner with concealed floor supporting steel beam to achieve a clean, flat ceiling.
We then opened up the rear elevation and installed bi-fold doors and a fixed full length picture window.
Finally we installed a new kitchen with walnut worktops and cream shaker style units. The worktops were given a chamfered edge and treated with Danish oil to reveal its warm natural wood look.
